Our world is full of unrealistic expectations. It is no wonder many of us are struggling
with depression and anxiety. I believe in the healing potential of therapeutic
relationships. I will meet you where you are and assist you on your journey of self-
discovery and personal growth. Together, we will work on enhancing vital relationships,
finding personal balance, and making self-care a priority.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Work/therapist. My therapeutic approach is rooted in
person-centered principles and informed by trauma awareness. I incorporate various
skills, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness
and Narrative therapy. My practice is LGBTQ and neurodivergent friendly.
Understanding your unique challenges is important to me. I'm here to listen and explore

SCOPE OF PRACTICE:
Osha (She/Her) specializes in working with adolescents, adults, and couples,
addressing a wide range of issues including trauma, post-traumatic stress, depression,
anxiety, relationship and communication issues, self-esteem, grief & loss, personal
growth, and crisis intervention. Her practice is LGBTQ and neurodivergent friendly.


BIO:
Osha earned her bachelor's degree in psychology from the University of New Mexico and her
master's in Clinical Social Work at New Mexico Highlands University. Osha's therapeutic
approach integrates a person-centered, trauma-informed perspective with a
holistic outlook aimed at achieving overall wellness. Her goal is to build a strong
therapeutic alliance with clients, creating a safe and empowering space where they can
embrace their true selves and release self-judgment. She derives genuine satisfaction
from connecting with others, meeting them at their current stage of healing, and
supporting their journey towards self-fulfillment.
